TKD is committed to and pledges to source mineral raw materials—including tin, tantalum, tungsten, gold, cobalt, and mica—used in its products in a responsible manner. In doing so, TKD will adhere to the requirements set forth in documents such as the “OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas” and the “China’s Guidelines for Responsible Mineral Supply Chain Management” (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Guidelines”), and will encourage its suppliers to develop policies aimed at preventing and mitigating the risk that minerals contained in their manufactured products—whether directly or indirectly—may inadvertently finance or benefit groups operating in high-risk regions, thereby potentially contributing to serious human rights abuses, armed conflicts involving public or private security forces, severe environmental harm, critical health and safety risks, or widespread corruption. Taijing Technology requires its suppliers to conduct source tracing and due diligence on minerals used in their purchased products, and to share due diligence information with customers, ensuring that their supply chain policies remain consistent with the requirements of the Guidelines and gradually enhancing supply chain transparency and governance capabilities.
