Recently, the 38.4MHz automotive-grade thermistor crystal oscillator independently developed by TKD successfully passed Qualcomm’s stringent automotive-grade certification, making it the first crystal oscillator manufacturer in China to obtain this certification. This product can operate reliably in extreme temperature environments up to 115℃, setting a new record for the highest temperature currently certified under automotive-grade standards. This milestone signifies substantial progress made by China in the field of core electronic components for automotive applications.

The operating temperature range of conventional crystal oscillator products typically spans from -40℃ to 85℃.
