Types of Low Jitter MEMS Oscillators

TKD's low-jitter MEMS oscillators, built on semiconductor photolithography, cover a wide frequency range of 156.25MHz to 1250MHz and feature LVDS/LVPECL differential outputs. Core advantages include ultra-low jitter and low phase noise, with the 625MHz model achieving a typical phase jitter as low as 15 femtoseconds (fs), and the 312.5MHz model below 30fs. Available in compact 2016, 2520 packages, they are widely deployed in high-speed applications such as 5G communications, AI data centers, 1.6T optical modules, and servers.
